Sisu led the media buying for a coordinated Times Square takeover, while Whop’s in-house team ran program design and creator operations. Over nine months, the Whop Challenge scaled from two participants to 500+ creators—anchored by weekly 70+-creator sessions at HQ, one-on-one revenue coaching, and public recognition moments on the board. We timed creator content drops to the billboard flight, amplified top posts, and tracked pre/post revenue and referral lift. The IRL-to-social loop accelerated onboarding and helped propel platform GMV from ~$350M to $750M+.
